i had some similar problems that were caused by a m3u playlist that was to long for the J3. this caused a database corruption that could only be fixed by removing the playlist and updating the database. i dont know if thats what you have but you might wanna check if you have some file that causes the J3 to go crazy. good luck!

thanks for you response, but i have no m3u-file on the j3. hm i can try to delete all non-mp3-files (like files from synchronising-software)...

//edit: no... its like before

iv also heard something about files with very long names, any of those?
maybe you should try removing stuff folder by folder till you find what it is thats causing the problem...

yes thats possible, i have many files with very long names. but i dont understand, why this is a problem only with the newer firmwares?! as i said with 2.22 there is no problem. hm so i should shorten the filenames? do you know, how many charakters are ok?

i have no idea, i just remember someone had a similar problem and this solved it for him.
like isaid try removing files folder by folder untill the problem dissappears and then youll know what file was the corrupted one...
