Help C2 doesn't start?

So my sister got a C2 this morning, now we unpacked it and connected it to the PC via USB to charge it up. Nothing happened, which i found strange since my J3 immediatly starts up and connect to the PC.

The c2 doesnt show up in WindowsExplorer either...
If connected to PC or to the normal power plug (you know in the wall, don't know the right word for it... But it's with a USB adapter), the C2 doesn't show anything at all, again my J3 would automaticly start up and says its conneted with USB.

Is there something wrong with the device? I dont know what to do now...
Cant acces the C2 in any way either.

Help please

Update: When holding the power button longer i get the C2 and then it says connected to PC for like a second or so, after which the device shuts down again. It show up in explorer for maybe half a second.
Maybe there's not enough power in the device? Maybe the connectors for the usb/power cable are messed up within the device? Tried my own J3 cable, doesnt work either.... Though i know that cable is working on my J3.

Update2: When holding the power button even longer now will make the C2 start the USB connection (doesnt start up without the USB cable inserted).
Problem is, it will only keep the copnnection as long as I keep holding down the power button. Once i let it go the device is gone again...
Seems like a battery problem, device doesn't look like it's charging at all, and it can be the cable.

Lets hope one of you guys know what's going on here.

Thanks, didn't work though, guess there's something wrong with the device. Going to send it back to the place it was bought from.

Too bad, my sister wanted to use it on a long bus trip... Strange a brand new product has such flaws, but i guess that may happen.

I had the same problem with mine, until I pushed the power cable in with A LOT of force and realized you have to really shove it in and hear it click for it to charge, read USB. I know it sounds silly, but it was not in enough.

Well it really didnt seem to connect, but the computer was actually able to read and write on the C2 as long as the power button was held in, so i don't think it's the cable/connection.

I was even able to write new firmware to the C2 and do the firmware upgrade... Still didn't do anything though.

Well, we already send it back to the manufacturer/seller so i guess we'll hear what happens.

I had a similar situation and thought it was bricked. Turns out the battery was so low it wouldn't turn on. Try charging it overnight and see if that helps.

Has anyone found fix for this problem? I'm experiencing the same problems. Only turns on when it's plugged in and power button is held down. Indicates that the battery is fully charged. When unplugged, does nothing.
