Hi all
Ive got my J3, Vsonic GR07 iem's and my ringke aqua black case and I'm loving them. Been busy ripping my CD's as well. Anyway my question is this how do you set up for a wallpaper slideshow using cheetah? I go into cheetah settings, wallpaper, wallpaper type, pick slideshow Then I go to Location of slideshow.txt - here I enter library/folders/j3/pictures. This is where I've found the pictures that I want to use. I come out of this and back to the front view and its just a plain white background. I know if I via the browser or pictures icon I get to a pictures folders but that has everything in it including all my album artwork which i don't want to use for my background slideshow. Any suggestions as I'm obviously being a bit thick here. Thank |

I think it would help if you asked this in the Cheetah GTX thread as there are more people active on that. And as of now, Kizu is out for vacation so he can't answer your question unless someone is just as knowledgeable about this as he is.

Ah I've not actually loaded up this new Cheatah version yet. I'll have to get round to doing that and give it another go.

The feature your asking about would be pointless cause there is no standard theme implanted yet but the slideshow feature will be fully workable after the theme is finished and implanted. I haven't personally used the slideshow feature in XT yet but I guess I look into it

download the generate_slideshow.txt.bat File then copy/paste it to a Folder where there is pictures inside. open the File and it'll automatically create the slideshow.txt lists and you'll be able to use the feature. personally i would create a custom Folder for this feature
Edit: ok i don't think this feature was ever working but it was implanted just not completely complete in development

Cheers WAI, I just saw the option in the development program and thought it would be nice to have different wallpapers but if it didn't work anyway no worries. Thanks for your time looking into it anyway.
