Recording error - no movie index

Hello!

I can't record any movie with my A3 because there is just an error message. Sometimes the player records the movie, but I can't watch it. Some players show a "no video index" message, other ones don't do anything. When I try to start a record immediately, it just shows an "error" message and stops the recording.

I updated the player with the old firmware again, but the error didn't go away. Now I want to format the harddisc and updated the firmware because I don't see any other thing I can do.

Does somebody has an idea about it?
