Default Bricked iAudio7

Hello
I have trouble fixing my bricked i7. Im using "Bricked iAudio7 solution" guide. Everything goes fine, tcctool patching is succesfull but then player freezes on starting screen. I see removable disc icon on my computer, it flashes and Windows is trying to format disc but can't becouse it says there's no disc.
Im using Windows 7 (F8 method) but on Windows XP has the same problem. Any advice ?

I have the exact same problem. Did you work anything out?

I tried the same thing in Windows 7... it successfully patches it with tcctool but now it refreshes "My Computer" and asks me to format the device, but when i try to format it it says "No device".

Can the internal flash memory be defective? But why then can it be patched?

Now I've tried formatting the device in cmd with format I: /FS:FAT32 /x but it says "Cannot open volume for direct access". The thing is in Device Manager it shows under "Disk drives" a "Cowon IAudio7"..
