Default questions about z2

1. How does it handle playlists? Can you create and save them on the player? Can you import them from the computer? If yes what software can you import them with?

2. How does it handle podcasts? Is there a seperate folder for them or are they mixed in with your mp3s?

3. Can it play subscription music? example, I have a zune music pass with music downloaded through the subscription. I could not play them on my old D2, however the jetaudio player on my computer can play them, so just wondering if the newer cowon players allowed access to subscription music.

My zune HD died on me and I need a new player. I hate using my phone to listen to music, just doesn't sound as nice. The Zune sounded decent and was very nice to use and the zune software kept my music organized and easier to sync to the player.

I've had 3 cowon players in the past (X5, D2, S9) with only the D2 left and barely running I need a new player that can handle what my Zune was able to do before it died.

thanks

1. Poweramp app, Done - next! (unsure if the Cowon default music app can do playlists, I don't own my z2 yet,)
2. I've been using beyondpod for my Android devices for years now, really well structured and very organized app that even has a on screen widget for easy play functionality.
3. ? Uknown answer, but I believe the Rhapsody App is possible to stream it.
4. In regards to organizing your music and/or syncing - I've been using mediamonkey. Though I'm one of the many who haven't synced my music in years, drag and drop is so easy.

1. @da1: No it doesn't. I've read somewhere else you're thinking that there are only two reviews in this forum, maybe you didn't notice my review (where I mentioned that there aren't playlists).

That's strange - Cowon still doesn't do playlists? Well, at least there are third party apps like Poweramp. Still don't have my Cowon z2 - don't kill me ...

P.S. So... when are you going to dabble in Cheetah Droid Kizune !

Mini HDMI actually, you can find them it at a very cheap price online and at your local electronic store.

Edit: Micro HDMI, sorry - bendover has a helpful jpg showing what it looks like.

Even if nobodys asking Imma answering:

you'll get crystal clear Dolby Digital 5.1 through that micro-hdmi port.
I think thats amazing.

I have a Thinkpad w/ a "displayport". The "displayport" is technically able to transport HD-Sound but Lenovo decided, that my stereo phone jack is enough...
