Browser does not scroll to the last item

browser, scrolls, past, itemer 1.33, sense 1.2.2, and lynx 1.2.0.
When I scroll to the bottom in the browser, past the last folder, i can see the last folder and empty space, but when I let go it scrolls the list down to hide empty space and doing so it scrolls past the last folder, making it unclickable. As if there is an error by 1 in the code, it assumes the second to last folder to be the last.
This also happened with dnw's browser, I will test stock browser as well.
Has anybody else had this issue?

Edit: I meant that it also happens with kizu's browser

Try a firmware update.

Firmware 2.29 is the latest one and it did not fix after installing it over again.
Anybody encountered this before?
