BSOD After Plugging In J3

Hi people
I got a brand new J3 which I have plugged into my laptop before and worked fine. Today however whenever I plug it in I get a BSOD System Service Exception after about a min. I have tired all 3 USB ports on my laptop.

Anyone got a solution?
