When I go into information my cowon says it is full at 32 gb. when I attach my cowon to my laptop and highlight the folders with data in and then right click and go into Properties it says it is 20gb full. There is 10gb of taken space I cannot find. when I press back space in my cowon to get to the main folders the last list of folders look like this
folders artists albums songs genres etc These folders I did not create, cannot find when I plug cowon into my laptop and are full of my music all randomly arranged in a complete mess. I imagine this is where the hidden 10gb of space is being taken up. But these folders won't appear on my laptop. when I do this My computer - cowon (right click) - properties - says 32 gb taken when I do this My computer - cowon - highlight all cowon folders (right click) - properties - says 20 gb taken anyone know how to find these hidden folders which are taking up 10GB of my cowon space? |

If so, they are still there on your J3... they are just hidden. You can get rid of them by clearing your trash bin.

The model doesn't matter. Also, you don't see the trash bin on your player.
Just open the trash bin (I am talking about Windows' regular trash bin, just in case I wasn't clear enough) and empty it.
