Default TURN Music Flash UI [Overton's mod] from Cowonworld.ru

I did not make this. I am only posting a link to the forums to the person that made this UI.

Many thanks to TURN who made this UI and Overton who modified it.

Excellent UI, love it. A few things I'd like to see change, but a vast improvement over the standard UI.

EDIT: Word of warning for those using this UI, the latest version (0.51) has a bug (at least for me) whereby if I don't have any cover art none of the touch controls work, and the seek bar doesn't move. If I have an album art file in the folder it works as normal, but for the time being I've reverted back to 0.5.

I've posted about my problem on the thread, but I'm having to use a translater so hopefully they will understand what I mean.

Hi there i'm from cowonworld.ru and i'm one of creators of this UI, actually it was created by original T.U.R.N. author, we coordinally changed it, and when we will finish it (it will be soon, maybe 1-2 weeks) after a little rest we will start new music UI, done all by us, from 0, also, thank's for responding and registering in our forum, we are quiet pleasured, (sorry if english is bad) we already know those issues, and they are quiet done, so maybe today evening or tommorow will bi debugged version, so, hello from mother Russia from cowonworld.ru, from hot Italy from me, and from Bellorussia from Overton, appologies for crysis that they have now...

Hi, nice to see you here. I hope the other members at cowonworld.ru understood my ruasian translation, as it was done totally with Google Translate.

Can I make a few suggestions for the next version?

1. Seek bar to be slightly larger (it's a bit tricky to control with fingers)

2. Colours of bottom info bar changed to something other than purple!

I'm also holding out hope that someone can make a redesigned browsing UI

seek bar is same wide as it was in d2 for expample, the trick is that u can press all place where written file info, also purple is need to be changed, we just don't payed attention, browsing ui is also need to be redisigned, but currently, we need more useful music ui, so after we finish our own music ui, we will start do redisgn, if no1 will do it before us, or if we will not be too tired... it isn't simple, just in case

Brilliant, I personally love the music UI as it is, especially the ability to tap the clock and have the player just display the album art, pause, next and back controls. Really cleans up the player for when you just want the main controls on displayer.

I also love how the clock has all the useful information like time, battery percentage, track length, current position in track and time.

Excellent.

Keep it up, I'll keep checking the thread on cowonworld.ru for latest versions

I love the UI compared to original. I haven't encountered any serious problems like album art not correctly displayed after skipping track and maybe the text in the middle could use a shadow font. But I am in no rush for a fix. Keep up the good work.

I'm using the new version now, very nice.

The battery meter should return to a percentage as I find it more useful

Excellent!!! I was getting a headache from the spinning disc
I like very much the fact that it shows the codec and bitrate.

Would it be possible to add a 2 digit number after the battery indicator to show the percentage the battery is charged?

it used to show percentage instead of the battery icon, but its changed in the latest version. I'd very much like to see a return to the percentage as well

Great! maybe you can find some inspiration in how QuickBattery looks like

https://market.android.com/details?i...bwx.qs.battery

I mean a number inside the battery icon perhaps? If that is possible, of course.

i thinked about it, bat we find more useful just 4 blocks, at the moment i was busy by menu mod (it's done, have a look at my thread) and Overton at the moment do other feature that more important than battery. percents in baterry useless cos battery is too small, maybe i in my next ui will make it, but i don't know...
