Default Light green bar on TV with TV out

My D2 is still going strong

However, recently, with TV-out, I notice a light green bar on top of the videos on the TV screen. The same was tested and appeared on 3 separate TVs and therefore I concluded its not because of the TV.

I'd like to know the cause-whether its the player or is it something to do with the TV-out cable (BTW, this was bought direct from a Cowon authorized dealer).

Has anyone else experienced this problem and how do I resolve it?

Did you test it with other video files, too?
It's possible that it's just an error in the video itself.

No, that was a problem with 2 or more videos.
Well, yesterday I went to my Mom's and tested on her TV.
Surprisingly, no green bar!
In my house the green bar appeared on 3 TVs.
Could it be something to do with electrical or electromagnetic interference?

I don't think so, no.
I'm not familiar with the D2, but i can think of a couple things that might make a difference.

The type of TV, a flatscreen or a CRT (the old huge TVs).
Using an analog or digital cable, RCA plugs versus somthing like S-Video or HDMI.

Other than that, i can't think of anything besides the file you're playing.
