Boosting Vocals with Jeteffect

I've been messing around with Jeteffect for the last couple months and I feel like I've found a close to perfect sound for my genre and earbuds. I am however having problems with the vocal clarity(they are lower in the mix). Instrumentation is perfect, but I find the vocals to negatively effected when BBE and MPE enhance are turned on. I listen strictly to Metal so the vocalists utalize low growls and high pitch screams mostly. I was wondering which part(s) of the EQ to change.
