Maximum file size for D2+?

Can anyone tell me the maximum file size the D2+ can handle. I've seen conflicting information suggesting 320 and 256kbs MP3s.

I have a D2+ and a HiFiMan-801 inbound and would like to use the same Windows Media Player files for both units. At present, I have a boat load of WMA Lossless files I'll have to convert. I've been looking at software called Smart Audio Coverter for this purpose. It costs $20.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
