Best Video Conversion Settings on JetAudio?

I'm sure everyone agrees that JetAudio is the best media player for playing media (though perhaps not the pick for organising music). I use it to play videos and music, because it's freaking awesome - the video window is sleek, and once you get used to the interface, JetAudio's buttons and everything, just makes sense. I love the timer feature.

QUESTIONS:

1. What is the BEST video conversion setting on JetAudio?
2. Do you use wmv or avi?
3.How do you make it so that the sound syncs perfectly?
