UPDATE: seems to be slightly smoother then the Normal Launcher. i can slightly tell from One Dir. and the Normal Launcher

though... i do not know fully what all has changed

I translated it. I know Seojuhwan can do it better but, yeah....

It's not perfect, since I'm an app developer, and I'm not very fond of UCIs, so I may have got some right, but I'm not perfectly sure on what I'm talking about. The translations are all correct, though. Translated by myself... hate google trans.

▶ CHANGES/FIXES

1) Text Scrolling is more effective

Its different from optimization. It turns off Text Scorlling when it is not used, to make it effective.
'nw의 Dark Evolution Seems to alter the feature of the launcher, so the scrolling doesn't work.

2) Refresh SystemInfo Partly improved.

Its also different from optimization. The feature operates in only specific UCIs, to make it effective.
'nw's UCIs or lunar's UCIs, which does not load the battery and time info from the launcher might have improvements.

[EDIT:]Changed to the previous launcher mode because UCIs like BlackNeon doen't seem to work.

3) Background does not disappear when moving to other UCIs.
The original BG makes the launcher heavier, so I deleted it and it will always show the User BG. The original BG sucks anyway.....
UCI's like lunar's Paper, that re-defines the launcher's load function migt not work properly. Unfortunately this cannot be fixed by me, it needs the modification of the Paper itself.

4) can partly use J3 UCI, yet not perfect.
Advise to use J3 UCIs that are optimized for s9.
And to fully- optimize J3 UCIs into S9 is nearly impossible for problems like the unavailability of fscommand, so please don't ask.

5)Launchers are in 24, 30, 40, 50, 60, 120Frame

It's divided in folders, so use whatever you please.



▶ HOW to install;

put launcher.swf in System/Flash UI.


▶ 0.4 Changes:
1. Makes time(clock) flow in BlackNeon: FIXED

not sure....don't use BN... test it and tell me.: FIXED

2. Scrolling-set texts are always listed at the left side: FIXED

▶ 0.5 Changes
1. Changed system refresh because of not functioning in BlackNeon.: FIXED

2. 12.AM is shown as 0 o'clock.: FIXED

3. Two versions; one that scrolls in only one direction, and the other is the original.
- Normal is the original, One_direction is the scrolling in one direction.

It depends on the launcher I think. Only thing that I noticed was that swiping was smoother in J3's mainmenu1.

I still don't get the difference between the different frame versions, but I'm currently using the 120 frame launcher from 0.5

lololol. the average frames per second in flash is about 30. the average frames per second in regular dvds are about 60. 120 is useless and just wastes battery. the S9 cannot even take anything more than about 45 fps. at 50 fps, it starts to lag a bit and it gets to the same place as it was originally.

i use 40 fps at most.

The average frame rate in dvds is the regular 25fps or 29.97fps depending on your region.
By the way, 120 must drain your battery like hell, right?
