In USA, Ordering from Exportprive?

Hello everyone!
I have a few questions for you guys...
First of all, I'm ordering my 32gb white j3 off of exportprive.com and I was wondering if they were actually of good service
Secondly, I live in the U.S. and the cowon will be in another language when i order it. I have already figured out how to change the language but I'm wondering if it will affect the firmware updates in any way.
