After A3 Format

Hi guys
I need some help with my cowon a3. Yesterday I formatted it with FAT32 filesystem ,and now ,when i put my cowon in the usb port it shows no files.
I tried to put the firmware (copy/paste the files downloaded from cowon global and rebooting the cowon) but when the cowon is on, it shows a x . Please help.
I also tried to go to the cowon global site but I didn't understand what to do.
