now I can't reach to music files and some other files to.
I still have warranty, so I can get it fixed. problem is: I don't have backup for the music (everything else doesn't matter) so I can't lose nothing? Is there a way to save the music before sending it to be fixed? or can it be fixed without harming the music? |

If you can't access the HD, then most likely not.
Not sure why people don't backup their PMP's on a regular basis.

man, same thing happened to me. You're lucky to still have a warranty. mine can still reach the recovery menu by powering it on and pressing vol. + at the same time. That would be my only recommendation if your computer can read it.
