HELP! my cowon fell

now I can't reach to music files and some other files to.

I still have warranty, so I can get it fixed. problem is:

I don't have backup for the music (everything else doesn't matter) so I can't lose nothing?

Is there a way to save the music before sending it to be fixed? or can it be fixed without harming the music?

If you can't access the HD, then most likely not.

Not sure why people don't backup their PMP's on a regular basis.

man, same thing happened to me. You're lucky to still have a warranty. mine can still reach the recovery menu by powering it on and pressing vol. + at the same time. That would be my only recommendation if your computer can read it.
