Creating Themes

I dont know if there is already a post on this but I was wondering on how I could learn to create themes via Adobe Flash. I would really like to get on making a theme and i have the resources i just dont know what to do.

I don't need a tutorial (though one would be nice) but i just need to be pointed in the right direction...Random Help from different people works too this does not have to be a "learn in an hour" kinda thing just would like to know how over time.
