Yeah, I think there should be a thread for design too

I already have the art for the screens done for my flash theme thingy, but i'm stumped when it comes to the coding

. I'll proly just do what Madman suggested

Hi

I spend hours reading posts about Flash-Skins and making them.

Actually I don't like to make one by my self, but there is one big issue with all Skins I've tried: there is NO 'Add to Bookmark' possibility while playing a track.

So I'm wonder how flash-skins work and like to make one by my self (based on existing one).

Please help me and explain the steps I have go through!

- Is there any Tutorial for making Flash-Skins? Or is there a API-Documentation or something?
- Is there anywhere a 'full-feature' (base-) Flash-Skin Template (source-file) which I can use to learn how it works?

Hi Kaepten!

Thats just my point! As far as I know, its not or hardly possible to implement bookmarking into flash skins so far. I'd like to see this feature too (cause I use it every day

). There are a lot of skilled designers/programmers active here, so if it's that easy, they would have already done it. So, maybe we have to wait still a little bit longer.

Anyway; I'm looking for THE flash-skin which implements ALL the possible functionality, to understand and adapt it to a new self made skin. (Maybe I'll try to make one

Edit : V1.1
- changed colors from purple/yellow to grey.

- You must save a file named blank.mp3 somewhere in the music folder (I have attached a sample one to this post)
- made the buttons bigger

Not entirely sure what you mean, but what does the bold bit do?

I just checked cafe.naver.com and it looks like there are new skins and themes over there.
The problem is, the site is in Korean and only registered users can download and preview the skins.
So I've been wondering if there's anyone here who reads Korean and can register cafe.naver.com, see if there's anything interesting like new flash skins and themes and if so, to bring it here to us.

LOL... I hope Coconut (kws0702) don't get mad because we intend to stole Korean flash skins from Naver...
