Cant play podcasts

I bought an 8gb DAB D2 a couple of weeks ago, I used to use Juice to download podcasts onto my old mp3 player (which I lost about a year ago). I had a new pc at christmas with vista64 on it. I then found out juice wont work on vista, so i downloaded itunes and itunes sync to get my podcasts.
I can get itunes and the D2 to sync and put the podcasts onto the D2 but when I go to play them on the player the folders show up as having tracks in them but when you open it nothing shows up.
When I open the folders through my pc they all show up and play fine.

Any ideas guys?
