Blush Dead G3?? (again...)

Hi!
I've got a G3 that I can't turn on.
I've tried to update firmware, but I couldn't do it.
Sometimes, Win XP reconized my g3 as STMP3500, sometimes as Hard Disk removable... (only if I press the 3 buttons)
I've tried to start "Firmaware Update", press the 3 buttons, and then plug the USB cable, but I get the same results.
What could I do????
Thanks!!

Had that once. I just kept trying to install new firmware. Try different ones and do exactly what the instructions say.Keep trying it will work once. I hope. For you....

I have a similar problem. Sometimes I'll get lucky and it will power on, but then it won't power off unless I remove the battery.
