Default Seagate DAVE and Q5 = Perfect combo

Since the Q5 has both Wifi and Bluetooth it would work with the new seagate HDD. It would be perfect for extra memory on the go. Extra software, vidoes etc.

Default Seagate DAVE + wireless networks or wifi labtops

It would work well in those situations as well.

It's cool alright, but where can this be purchased? I've looked all over the interweb from beginning to end.

"Interestingly, Seagate won’t be marketing Dave itself but instead negotiating direct with manufacturers in the hope they will bundle him with their handsets."

Kinda sucks, but i'm sure you'll be able to buy it somewhere soon. Interesting that it uses WIFI and bluetooth... it would be a good thing to keep in your backpack or whatever.

Yeah. They said that is should be around $180 for the 20GB. Just think of the things you could do with a product like this. You could put applications on it and open them on it using the wireless. Stream songs, media. Sooo many combinations!

Although, reading some of their fine print, "video streaming" is so many fps and a certian resolution, and "audio streaming" is defined as 128kbps.

Shrug?

I'll admit it's cool. But 20 gigs for around 200 bucks? Given its size it's not bad, but it's still pricey.
