Conversion Problem (have a look please!!)

I tried to convert an avi file downloaded off from Limeware. Its about 1 gig. The problem is when i push convert in iriverter it just goes to "complete" without an output file.

This doesn't happen when I convert other files though.
How can I solve this??

I'm assuming that the file is able to be played through your normal media programs? (ie that it's not a corrupt file or anything)

I'd suggest possibly trying it in JetAudio or VDM? You can find help threads on here to show you how to use VDM if needs be.
