Malfunctioning powerbutton

I own a 32gb S9, which I bought second-hand over Ebay. The S9 is currently functioning for around 2 years, flawless. But I experienced recently that my power button isn't always making contact. This results in a now-and-then working hold function, and turning the player on or off takes about 5 minutes of fiddling with the button. What can I do about it? I am living in the Netherlands, so whom can I contact about fixing the issue (without warranty).
