EnRu RuEn libraries and other languages on naver cafe

Hi,

I really need an english -> french, english -> spanish and vice verca dictionary. I allready registered at the 'cafe naver' site, but was unable to find the language files to make a translation program from and to English.

These links:
Dictionary with EnRu and RuEn bases.
Xxx->En libraries.En->Xxx libraries.
don't work anymore.
And the other languages i didn't found either

Maybe somebody has bookmarked the link, and i would appreciate it if that person can post the link here.
