What player best represents Cowon these days? (for top graphic)

About time we replaced the A3 at top with something more modern.

Which one, D3..? Seems like Android is the future. Or one that is more widely in use?

The D3 seems like a bandwagon failure to me. There are other Android devices out there with better specs and hardware without the intense lag and buggyness.

And we don't want iAudiophile to become a spawning ground for Android-fanboy-hipsters...

so J3. Definitely the best all-around media player that Cowon has released to date. And it also stands alone as one of the best dedicated media players on the market today.

Cowon stands for breaking the norm of Apple, and now Android, so let's keep that pride and represent the best of what the company has to offer.

I vote for the J3 either.

The D3 surely is not bad, but it's not what Android was meant for. Android is a smartphone OS and to me it just doesn't make sense to have a device with that OS... it's comparable to the iPod Touch. The Touch is able to do anything.. but you can't make phone calls.

Cowon's strength are MP3 players, not handheld devices. That's why I think we souldn't use the D3 as representation of Cowon.

I wanted to vote for J3 but I thought D3 would be more popular so I changed my mind ....
there is another way you can solve the problem there are lots of users with graphic talent & experience you can use both & also combine all the logos and photos in the top something like this:

Well I have the D3, got rid of the J3 and S9 however I wish I would have kept the S9. It was imho better than the J3 as it was not plagued by the glass or battery issue and was far more customizable than the J3 (i.e. Claw's UCI).

With each firmware release the D3 is improving significantly and should prove to be better in the long run, and out of the 3 it is the only device to support rockbox. I myself am not completely sold on android and my D3 will mainly be utilized as a pmp, Android is simply an added bonus and will hopefully make customization easier if our talented programmers here start any projects for it. The larger screen, higher resolution and better hardware specs will be quite advantageous over the J3 and S9 once Cowon releases a firmware that is as rock solid as the afore mentioned devices.

I really believe it should be the S9 or J3 as they seem to be the most popular. The D3 is a new chapter in Cowons book and perhaps it will take until the D3 sucessor (which probably will be named B7, w2, K4 or something else random) before these android devices become representative for Cowon. If you by any chance would happen to see someone with a Cowon player today it would probably be either the J3 or S9.

Yes it can be but it's a bit deferent with a Rockboxed Flashed based music player.
