Default Funky issues with data transfer and unrec SD card

I've been enjoying my 16gb D2+ for nearly a year now, and I have finally filled up about 15gbs. No problem thinks I with my 32gb SD card on the ready. Here's to the next 2yrs of music. But it is not so simple with me. One thing that I had always thought odd but never thought much of was when I sync files usually from Windows Media Player, with the SD card in the D2's slot, the screen on my laptop is constantly flashing, like its refreshing, and often the computer is trying to re-read all the data, so its really kind of buggy and slow getting things transferred, and you can't rename a file until you've disconnected the player. There's one bug. The other is that when you drag a file (these were MP3) onto the SD card, it will show you the file when you navigate to it in the player D2ext>folder, it shows the folder you've just created but doesn't read the data that I know is on it. Says: files (0/000) when there should be something like (16/016). I did get this SD card on Ebay, and I've been reading about the fake cards that have been getting sold, wondering if thats my first problem. I am testing the card right now, but it takes a while. Other than that, I just updated firmware from 2.11 to 2.13, and was hoping that would fix the problem, but didn't. Is there a newer firmware upgrade for us D2+ users or is that it? Sorry to ramble, I hope someone will have the patience to even read this thread, esp since these contraptions are already obsolete. Gotta love the electronic industry.
