Confused D2 - some movie files not playing

Hi All,
I've loaded on approx 10 movie files to my D2. All were converted with Jet Audio and 7 play perfectly but 3 don't. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
The only thing I notice that's different about the 3 that don't play is that when I right click them to look at Properties, they don't have a Summary of properties like the other working files.

I'm using 2.57 firmware.

Help would be much appreciated

you mean ,you choose D2 in jetaudio converter settings (default settings) but it still won't work?!

Yes. D2 was chosen in Jet Audio for all 10 files but only 7 work on D2

I've examined all 10 files. When I right click them and look at Properties, I notice that there's no Properties Summary for the files that don't play. Any ideas anyone?

try to play the file with media players,& check the codec information in the players setting. it may show there differences

while installation you need to configure advanced settings for that and it will surely work for you.
