Hey guys. I was just curious as to how the Samsung omnia icon and the HD icon phones compare with the S9's.. The S9 has a 3.3 inch screen but the two phones have 3.7 inch screens and they are both amoled. What do you guys think?

Well, the two phones each have different resolutions, which affects the screen's sharpness. The Omnia HD/i8910 has a resolution of 640x360, the Omnia II/I8000 sports a 800x480 screen, and the S9 screen is 480x272.
Cowon S9:_______39564 pixels per inch; 16M colors; 3.3" Samsung I8000:__103784 pixels per inch; 65K colors; 3.7" Samsung i8910:___62270 pixels per inch; 16M colors; 3.7" So in terms of pixel density, the Cowon S9's at the bottom, and the I8000 wins.. But the I8000 hasn't got as many colors as the other two. I can't really go beyond numbers because I don't own any of the Samsung phones though. I'm not sure just how much of a difference the amount of colors makes. The S9's pixel density is sufficient, although owning a phone with a pixel density just above the I8000 I do sometimes wish it was just a bit higher as it really makes the image that much sharper.. Oh, I might add that the Samsung Jet has a smaller screen and I don't know which video formats it supports, but going by numbers it's the best in terms of quality: 123871 pixels per inch; 16M colors; 3.1"
