Default A way to get my money back?

I'm having a big problem with my O2. It recently has been freezing and turning off for no reason. I've tried everything to correct it. Now, it's so bad it won't even turn on. I bought it about 9 months ago. So what do I do with this brick? Can I return it to Cowon? Is there someone I can contact? Would it be possible to get my money back if I talked to Cowon? I'm not interested in having it repaired, I'm sick of its troubles.
Any information is appreciated.
Please and Thanks

Maybe have it repaired or if it's bricked(beyond repair) you get a new one. Then sell the O2 on ebay and get some money for it.
