Subpack lost - can anyone spare one?

When I was trying out different earplugs in the bus last week, I must've accidentally dropped my subpack. Now I do have a docking station as well, but somehow the connection is lost quite often when using that one, rendering it useless and even harmful for the device. Is there anyone who can spare one perhaps? Or is there a way to get in contact with Cowon for one of these?
