My wishlist for D3:

*Wifi
*3.3" Multi-touch screen
*Better radio reception
*Better audio record
*55h for music, 10h for video

That's all find and good. 32GB with SD or CF expansion wouldn't hurt either!

But really, I am hoping for it to support a lot of different audio/video files from the get go.

I'm hoping for:

Bluetooth
Album Art
Touch Screen
TV Out at 640x480
Line Out

And a DAC closer to the sound of the Cowon X5.

two wishes for me:

1.gapless playback (i really believe that all cowon players since the s9 will play gapless)
2. better shuffle randomality,and the option of playing shuffle only in external or internal memory by choice.

i hope the d3's design is a little nicer than d2's. All Good Specs of our loved D2 should remain in the d3

EDIT: Today i thought a design like a small P3 would be great

Keep all the stuff that made it good in the first place
(line out, SD card expansion slot, good SQ, battery life, some tactile buttons...)

-haptic widescreen with good resolution 2.5"-3" so it's still pretty small
-more intuitive UI
-thinner

wi fi wouldn't be too bad for a webbrowser but it wouldn't be essential in my book.

And a release date any time now!!!!

D3 would be a definite iPod Touch killer if this were included. A little marketing and iPod will fail.

This one is easy, all the top priority fixes that the D2 owners are nagging about (fix random functionality, playlist file support m3u/pls, get rid of the stupid file limit thingy, kill necessity of needing to resize videos - otherwise codec support is pretty useless in this regard).

7. and any other cool features that aren't useless (bluetooth, wi-fi if only the screen is large enough, no file limit, higher res video, etc. the list goes on and on)
