it is definitely a bug of firmware, it is typical for D2 firmwares ...

(LOL i should be quiet because software that i`m doing is more buggy than D2`s fimrware )

Sorry to tell, it didn't fix, the problem is still there.
I think it's about voltage, coz if the wall charger is plugged, the problem disappeared

You should get a RMA number and get it fixed by Cowon.

RMA is short for returned materials (or merchandise) authorization.

This is a number that Cowon will give to you authorizing you to return your D2 to them so it can be repaired.

In my area (Hong Kong), COWON's service has a bad reputation.
I think I will let it completely down to change another machine.

my screen is also flickering while playing music, but only when i look not directly to the screen, only when i look off center and from the sides to the display. it´s not flickering every time, sometimes. Please can someone check, if this is also happening on his d2?

Thanking you in advance!

i noticed something, when i change the song, the screen flickers a little bit (only when you look from the sides). With the power adapter in it, there is no problem with this....i could return it for a new unit...so i´m a little bit concerned...

Can anybody please try this carefully on his d2?
