Default Anyone use handbrake? What settings?

I did a general search for Handbrake, didn't see any specifics. I've been using Dvdfab + AutoGK (works pretty well for me), but I'd like to try Handbrake for both PC + A2 viewing.

Anyone use Handbrake for encoding for the A2? What settings do you use, and for which media?

I've tried xvid and mpeg4, at a few different bitrates. I'm just curious what other people use, and after I experiment a bit more I"ll post up my results. Any contributions appreciated, thanks.

Default Handbrake

I've got a Cowon A3 and just donwloaded Handbrake 0.9.2 and used Ipod Hi rez. Haven't watched it all the way yet but it seemed to work.

But the screen size says 640 width and the height is blank.

I tried to do another movie selecting the Cowon A3 screen spec (800x480) and I got an error. But the movie was playable in movie quicktime.

So according to Handbrake, version 1.0 will support A2 and I suppose A3 when it comes out maybe later in the fall.
