Default Got mine ordered

Okay, so I ordered mine......quick question anyone. I have a Sansa 8gb e280(?) with a 1.8 screen. If anyone has seen this with the D2, can you tell me if I have really upgraded a great deal with the D2 purchase? I fly on occasion, but mostly this will be for watching 30 - 45 mins of video at a time.......not sure if I am giving enough info, but if anyone has an opinion I would love to hear it.

Default It worked for me...

I just placed my order via Jetmall for the D2 4GB. I'm printing my receipt as I type this. I also thought about waiting for newegg as they will probably be $10-$20 less, but I'm tired of waiting and who knows how soon they'll get them. I also feel that Jetmall "might' provide me with better support/service than newegg as Jemall is more closely related to Cowon. I took the free shipping. Now I just have to sit tight and wait for delivery. A bit of an inconvenience... jetmall only delivers to the billing address of your credit card. I might have to call in sick for the next few days as I live in NYC in an apartment building without doorman.

I have a delivery date of tomorrow for my Ultimate Ears super.fi 5 Pro from Amazon.com ($173.99). I can't wait to get these two together.

Yeah I know what you mean about the support...but I was thinking by the time they get to newegg which will probably be 3 weeks based on the 2gb, they might have some of the small bugs out of the firmware.

I hear you... but I recently lost my old reliable flash memory DAP (Nex II) and my feature-rich hard drive base Rio Karma died a couple months ago. I need a DAP ASAP. I'm hoping that the D2 can take the place of both of my old players. I can see saving a couple bucks waiting for it to be available at newegg, but I can not justify the waiting for the few bugs and missing features that will be fixed and added in future firmware releases. Remember, I can update the D2 to future firmware releases at my convenience. The ones that will be available at newegg might have the same firmware as the ones at jetmall. Anyway, we still don't know what firmware release will be installed in this new batch of D2s from jetmall. Maybe (I doubt it) some of the small bugs you mentioned are already fixed.

What I need now is a silicone case with a clip or arm band so that I can take this thing to the gym. I can also use a couple of those D2 accessories already available in the Korean market.

Too bad they don't deliver to anothr address so I could order from abroad to be shipped to a friend in USA who would bring it to me.

And what a coincidence! I am trying to decide now if I should order super.fi 5 Pro from Amazon. If ety er4's were not mcrophonic I would choose it in a snap.

So you are lucky that you willl be listening to d2 + .fi 5 while I will go insane

Actually, I think I'm in a similar situation. I'm up in Canada, but I'll be going down to NY next week to visit a friend, so I thought perhaps I can order it to him and just pick it up when I go.

I talked to Sales, and they said that I could use my own CC, and after I place my order, e-mail someone (the name was provided) at Cowon and have them change the order information or something...I'm not too sure.

In anycase, I put my order through with my Canadian info, and then sent an e-mail as instructed with my friend's addy. I'll have to see how they respond tomorrow. Eek!

Similar situation here. I talked to a sales rep from jetmall and told me that it could be donde if I pay via paypal.
Just ask someone in Jetmall`s online chat support and they`ll explain it better than I could.
