This touch glass bit on mine cracked a couple of months ago (had the headphones on the screen side with only sock for protection, fell on it and got a ton of cracks in it

) I sent it to COWON UK who forwarded it to Advanced Mp3 Player and got it repaired and shipped to UK for £50, about half the price of a new 4 GB. I think they will post to the rest of Europe as they use FedEx delivery.
