Just to clarify, the O2 seems to only reccogize 32gb of the 64gb card. It shows up in explorer but it will only show 32gb on the player and the remaing space is not accessible, unless I am missing...

I have over 7,500 aac files, there is no way that I would rename them just so they would work on the v5. I had an O2 and they supported that format, now the v5 does not. Seems like a step back.
