So far, it seems to be. I have been able to sync, charge, and disconnect without any problems. Adding music can be a bit tedious as the only method (that I have found) is to copy and paste.

I just bought an i10. I charged for two hours, until it told me it was fully charged. Then I unplugged it and set up the basics (language, color, time, etc) before deciding it was time to upload...

I bit the bullet and decided to chance it. If the i10 proves to be incompatible I'll simply return it, no harm done.
