Only Cowon knows why they didn't call it "AE1" and why they create cameras instead of decent players...

Kizune these type of devices are in fact being used in Germany, France, China, Jap., and most of Russia. here in the states not so much

At least in Russia I think. Maybe if the next meteor crashes in Korea we'll get nice full-HD footage of it [rolleyes]

I know that people use them in Russia, but I have never seen anyone using such a cam here (South of Germany). ;)

AE1 was a camera made by Canon decades ago.

Nikon made a camera called D3, and yet Cowon called their non-D2-successor Cowon D3. Seriously, their naming scheme is pure randomness, nothing else.

Cowon makes stuff when no one else knows they even exist

& now something that will be common years later ,actually that will be the time they won't be making it anymore then we all will set aside a say wow remember they use to make a camera that it use to beat the hell out of the competitors of its time like GoPro Hero cam & Sony Action Cam .... but now they only make wireless trash can with extra battery life & ....

This is the same type of device that caught the meteor on camera in Russia. I might need to get me one of these,...so I can record our impending DooM!!!
