I have a question about your thread " Power button/hold switch problems" (Cowon D2). I have a problem with the volume down button. It has a mechanical malfunction. There's no click and I can't put the volume down. I would like to open the case and have a look inside, but I don't know how to open the case and I don't want to damage something. Can you tell me how to open the case ?
