I don't quite understand the video format/size required to play videos on the Iaudio6???

I have .wmv and .mpg and .vob movie files. What would I have to do?

...How much would a 1gig vob file be take up when converted to play on the I6?

"XviD MPEG-4, CBR 256kbps,384kbps,VBR25,50,75,
up to 160x128, 15 fps"

The best way to convert videos is to use jetAudio available for download here (http://www.cowonamerica.com/download/).

I converted a 700 MB 1 hr. 30 min. divx/xvid movie to a 300 MB file made to play on the i6. I assume a 1 hr. 30 min. VOB would be converted to the same.

no, i'd say the best way to convert videos is with Virtual Dub Mod, iRiverter after that. jet audio is probably the easiest, but worst results and audio/video unsync problems are common. see the X5 forum on some video conversion tips, because the iaudio 6 can play the same specs as the X5 does so settings will be the same
