cowon A2 support AC3 audio?

Does the A2 support AC3 audio or when using AutoGK do i need to convert to mp3 audio? Thanks.

Yes it support AC3, and that's one of the good reason why it is better than other PMP ;)

The A2 is the only PMP marketed in the USA that supports AC3 audio...

...one of it's main advantages, IMO.
