Found this over at Head-fi

How good can you hear?

Apparently, my hearing is a little bad...

With my lowly Sound Blaster Digital Live LX external USB sound card (which already distorts music to a certain extent, but not as bad as my onboard sound), paired with my 'lowly' Audio Technica ATH-CK7, I could hear up to -30dB of distorted sound, 1st run.

What about you guys? =3

LOL, everything sounds distorted in this test, some things more, some things less... I can't concentrate too well on single artefacts, when the music overall sounds like 64kbs 22mHz MP3... ;)

(Tried it with Super.Fi 5's on an Echo Indigo 24/96 sound adapter with preamped headphone output.)

EDIT: Forgot the pic...
