Backlight on the iaudio 6

does the backlight always have to be on? or can u just hold a button to turn it off and still see whats on the screen.

The iAudio 6 doesn't have a backlight because it uses an oled screen, which desn't need one.

The display has maybe some kind of power-saving mode, but i just don't know.

Obviously there are power saving settings, and you can also turn the screen on and off by pushing the power button very shortly (X5 users will be familiar with this).
