Hi guys,
I will be upgrading the forum software (punBB) later today, to v1.2. There are a number of changes including a new theming structure, so I'll also have to cook up a new look for this place. Site may be down for a few minutes or a few hours depending on how smoothly it all goes. I've already made a backup of core and database files so worst case scenario we roll back to v1.1.5 and lose a day worth of posts. Hopefully it will go well, but eh, that's not always the case.
Now is a good time to voice your opinions about how the forum should look and I'll certainly consider reqeusts.
Also, I will have time to build a front page/news blog for iAudiophile very soon, I've been planning on it for awhile but DAPreview must come first and there's just a lot of stuff to do for one guy.
If you happen to follow DAPreview, you probably saw my post about our stop at the iAudio boot at CES. I would have liked to see some working products but I'm still enthusiastic about the new product line for 2005. Much, much better. Hopefully this will bring more people to iAudio and iAudiophile. iRiver's flagship model for 2005 is very iffy (the H10) so it's a perfect time for iAudio to take advantage.
Must sleep now but I'll be on later and give some warning before maintanance begins.
