Help with U3 firmware upgrade

Help. Trying to upgrade to the new 1.2 firmare for my U3. I downloaded the zipped file, unzipped, plugged in the U3 and copied the directory created when I unzipped the download file over to the U3. Fired it up and...nothing...still same as before. I also tried copying the individual files over to the U3, same result.

Probably missing something..help would be appreciated.

the U3 firmware dont work like the M3. Just download the firmware, extract it into whatever folder you want, and run the .exe to install.
