What does it take to get an RMA?

Anyone ever successfully gotten one for any Cowon product? They don't respond to e-mails & the phone number that I call just keeps ringing indefinitely. There's got to be a way to get to customer support or something? What number do you guys call?

Well, if the forum posts are any clue, all I can say is "good luck!" (and cross my fingers and knock on wood and throw salt over my shoulder and whatever else it takes to make sure that nothing ever happens to my beloved 30GB X5).

If the number just rings and rings instead of being busy (busy is what people usually complain about) that may mean you're calling at the wrong time from the wrong timezone, you know? Just something to check.

Well, I spoke too soon. Just received a response from my techsupport email directing me to an RMA request form. Seems like it's buried under the site...as I couldn't find it by browsing the main website normally (even using the site map).
