Do you have the A2 set to the HOLD position? Check that.

yes. it is at lcd.
when i plug the cable to the a2,
another drive is added.
but.
when i double click on the drive,
NOTHING is there.
so i take off the cables and turn on the a2.
the a2 has all the files.

what is the problem here?

Hmmm I'm not sure but I wonder if the problem is with your computer
(USB driver) rather than with the A2.

Try to hook it up with a different computer. If it still doesn't work,
you got a problem - contact Cowon.

If it works, try to boot your Windows (I assume that's what you're using)
in safe mode, go to device manager, remove the USB driver and reboot.
It should load the USB driver again fresh. You may need the installation
CD, not sure.

Well, if it's your computer it gets a bit out of hand for this forum.
There are lots of computer help forums on the web.

Hope this gives some pointers. Good luck!

another thing you can test is any other type of usb mass storage device, because i think thats pretty much all the computer recognizes the a2 as.
