yesterday i was bored and went to IT mall to have a walk and passed by a shop,saw the the a2,asked the shop owner to lend me the a2,he was kind enough to to agree with it.

i spent 10 min,meddling with it,bam!!!! i want it bad!!!! tough the video in it kinda low quality but still,love the screen quality,especially when i found out i cam go from 4:3 to 16:9 :D

the prob is,that currently i own Zen vision,ill say it has served me well for the past 2 months till recently i got tired for transfering 4 gig of show to it n it feels take ages to trasnfer ,not to mention,i have to use the s/w that came with it,last but not least,even photo!!!it took ages to trasnfer the device :(

now should i use the old fashion excuse to my parents,which ill say give to my siblings n get new a2 or just keep it and get the a2??it may sounds waste of $$ but i really like both of them,not ot mention im working under the photography field,the ZV really helps me in terms of photo transfering(a2 need memory card reader in order to detect outside source,correct me if im wrong)

tough the transfer point of both device might be slow(it is only usb 1.1 if im not wrong),but it is kool enough :D

if i were you, i'd keep both. Tell my mom it's X'mas & she may relent so I culd keep both ZV & A2.:bigsmile: (Keeping both could enable me to see why A2 is better than ZV, or vice-versa.)

Yes A2 need outside source like card-reader to transfer photos but that could be a good solution when A2 cannot recognize your DC now. The USB transfer rate for card-reader is 1.1, I think; while the rate from A2 to computer is USB 2.0 definitely (because it does transfer very fast) ++

Transfers to and from the computer are roughly 15 MB/s which is extremely fast!

since i have no fren which own a2 and i dont dare to ask the shop owner to show me to transfer video to see the trasnfer rate,guess gotta depend on u guys those who own a2 :D

so just wanna be sure,a2 doe not require any s/w to transfer to device like zv rite ??just like x5l where we just dump into a folder of our choice,basically which is like x5 but has better capability in terms of video???

last and i think most importantly,when a2 says screen 4 inch 480x272,can it play my anime which in encoded under avi with the screen size of 640x480 or do i need to convert into 480x272??
